Adult CDAI (Crohn's Disease Activity Index) Calculator

< Back to the front page
< Back to the discussion forums

This calculator should not be used in place of medical advice. Always check with your relevant medical professional before making any changes to your treatment or lifestyle.

CDAI scores should be calculated independantly by a qualified gastroenterologist. This page calculates Adult CDAI scores as defined by Medicare Australia for the purposes of determining eligibility for restricted drugs such as infliximab (Remicade) and adalimumab (Humira). Please note that there are several forms of the CDAI, and while this is the one most frequently used in Australia, it may not be consistent with other standards or calculators you may encounter.

Instructions

Enter whole positive integers only. If unsure of a value it can be left out and added later, the calculator will still give a partial result.
